Our program

Weight management requires a long-term approach to a healthy lifestyle. It includes a balance of healthy eating and exercise. 

We meet with you to review your medical history and determine what your specific goals are and the best route to get you there. 

Our patients eat real food (not pre-packaged or powdered meals.) We provide you with a customized meal guide, tips for successful grocery shopping, and multiple recipe options. Our goal is to help you overcome your weight-loss challenges in a safe and healthy way. 

Supplements and FDA approved prescription appetite suppressants

The combination of our vitamin and mineral based supplements and FDA approved prescription appetite suppressants (if prescribed) work together to enhance your metabolism, manage appetite, and keep you feeling great during the weight loss process. 

Weekly Lipo B12 Injections: Lipotropics is a fat burning combination of methionine, inositol, choline, carnitine and B12. Each of these ingredients helps the body turn fat into energy and are also powerful antioxidants. In addition to the Lipotropics blend, Lipo-Mino also contains a mixture of B vitamins which further help to facilitate fat loss and increase energy.

Lab values including hormone levels are essential in assisting us to fully and safely develop your weight loss plan of care. Following your initial wellness evaluation, we electronically send a request to your preferred Quest diagnostics services location and review the results with you. When appropriate, we utilize Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) to further assist you to balance your body during your weight loss journey.
